I am giving consent to Equitable Computer Services, Inc. (ECS) to collect my name, email address, phone number and my CV for the purpose of screening my personal/sensitive information in order for me to proceed with my job application.
I acknowledge that If I will be shortlisted, my personal information will be processed, stored and used by the Human Resources and Administration Department (HRAD) to contact me and take another step of job interview. I recognize that ECS has security measures in place to ensure that my personal and sensitive data are safeguarded and protected against loss, unauthorized access, destruction, modification, leakage, and disclosure. ECS assured that my personal information will not be shared with any third party.
If I will not be considered for the job post, I am informed that ECS’ HR will delete my personal information in their databases after a period of six (6) months.
I am given freedom to exercise my right as a data subject. For any data privacy concerns, I am given the opportunity to contact the ECS Data Protection Officer (DPO) through dataprivacy@equicom.com and 8242-7146 loc 8906.
