HR Generalist

The HR Generalist is responsible for coordinating company events among ECS Employees, ensuring compliance for ISO Requirements and other regulatory bodies. Shall provide assistance in the implementation and evaluation of all HR Plans and initiatives, both existing and for roll out as well as undertaking other tasks in all facets of HR Management.

Responsibilities

  • Provides assistance in conducting end-to-end recruitment process 
  • Timely updates and maintains the completeness and accuracy of HRIS 
  • Drafts and assists in completion of relevant reports in Recruitment and Selection 
  • Ensures completeness and accuracy of all employee records on both 201 and 202 files 
  • Provides assistance in coordinating and conducting various company-wide events and training programs 
  • Assists with the implementations of the Performance Management System and other employee development programs 
  • Creates ads, posters, and info boards in relation to various company announcements and communications 
  • Ensures that all requirements for ISO Certifications and other permits and clearances related to employee learning and development are always available and secure 
  • Provides assistance in other HRA functions

Must Have

  • Graduate of four (4) year courses specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences or any relevant courses; 
  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience; 
  • Above average verbal and written communication and negotiation skills; 
  • Has the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment; and 
  • Average communication skills
