Business Analyst I

The Business Analyst I is mainly responsible for analyzing and documenting the business processes, workflows, and other requirements of the clients to incorporate such in the implementation of the system. S/he shall ensure that the system specifications and requirements are being documented and communicated to the Project Team and to other interested stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in Business Process Review (BPR) with clients
  • Acts as a liaison between departmental end-users
  • Meets and interacts with clients as needed
  • Works closely with the other project team members to ensure documented requirements are met
  • Monitors, controls, tracks, and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications
  • Writing detailed procedures for permanent records, software development,  and for the purpose of training
  • Prepares necessary technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing available information and trends
  • Engages on activities that will enhance knowledge in the system being implemented, discovering trends, and identifying opportunities for system improvement
  • Assists the Project Manager in providing the completeness of the necessary documents
  • Performs duties and responsibilities analogous to the foregoing

Must Have

  • Progra​mming Language 
    C#, C++, Java, ASP.Net, .Net, PHP, HTML
  • Database
    MS SQL, MY SQL, POSTGRESQL  
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant working experience
