The Data Operations Support Analyst is mainly responsible for the overall management and operations from data processing to uploading and batch processing and other data processing requirements of the clients including quality control.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily system and production maintenance
- Responsible for the processing of daily card maintenance
- Processing data of clients and sending of card’s e-statement
- Provides 24/7 first level processing and support
- Handles client’s request and inquiries
- Prepares daily and monthly processing; system monitoring reports and sorts and distributes daily production reports
- Ensures meeting of deadline of reports, data processing, uploading and generation of SOA
- Process daily card balance and status via SQL, Unix and Window-based applications
- Responsible for monitoring the application system through putty session
- Updates database through Card Suite system and other application
- Ensures business continuity solution, back-up, disaster recovery and provisioning
- Performs duties and responsibilities analogous to the foregoing
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 0 to 2 years of relevant working experience
