Valentine's Day Event

In celebration of the Philippine Heart Month and Valentine’s Day in February, ECS hosted activities related to its employees’ hearts and discussed how to take care of it as an integral part of staying fit and being healthy.

Spearheaded by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Human Resource and Administration department, the Healthy Heart Booth offered an avenue for employees to check their blood pressures and body mass index (BMI) and fresh apples were given to participating employees afterwards – a reminder of the famous quote “an apple a day keeps the doctor away!”

A Valentine’s to Remember, on the other hand, allowed the employees to express their heart’s desires and appreciation towards their co-workers. Written messages of thanks and appreciation, along with free rose candies were distributed to those who served as recipients of the message.
