  5. Must have superior research skills and ability to synthesize, draft, edit, and express complex ideas into layman’s terms

Application Support Specialist

  1. Graduate of Computer Science – Instructional Systems Technology or any IT related course
  2. Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite: Word, Powerpoint, Visio
  3. Has knowledge and exposure in interactive media such as text, visuals, audio, video, and animation and the integration of these into various corporate and business materials

Database Analysts

  1. Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.
  2. Good communication skills
  3. Required skill(s): MS SQL Server 2005
  4. Must be expert in database design/development using MS SQL Server 2000 or MS SQL Server 2005
  5. Extensive experience with T-SQL and programming stored procedures, triggers, functions
  6. Job responsibilities include: creation/modification of schema, loading data, writing SQL scripts and analysis of SQL statements.
  7. Has the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
  8. Flexible and willing to work extended hours with minimal supervision

Junior Application / Web Developers

  1. Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science, Information Technology or its equivalent.
  2. Good communication skills
  3. Experience in building highly interactive, highly trafficked, database driven web applications.
  4. Must be expert in any of the following: VB.Net, C#, VB6
  5. At least 2 years experience in Web Development using Classic ASP or ASP.Net
  6. Good understanding of databases like MS SQL

Network/System Engineers

  1. Graduate of ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any IT-related 4-5-year course
  2. With knowledge or experience in PC (desktop/laptops) hardware and software troubleshooting and repair, LAN/WAN problem troubleshooting, internet and TCP/IP networking, Windows 2000/2003 Servers, Windows XP, Windows NT and other Microsoft products, Nortel PABX or Cisco IP Phone, data and voice cabling
  3. Willing to work on shifting and graveyard schedule
  4. Flexible, can work well with minimal supervision and willing to work extended hours

Technical Support Engineers

  1. Graduate of ECE, Computer Engineering or any IT-related four year course
  2. With at least one (1) year work experience in Help support
  3. Flexible and can work extended hours
  4. Can work well with minimal supervision.
  5. Ability to effectively communicate with and collaborate on desktop and enterprise computing issues, network access issues and security problem resolution with central information technology services
  6. Highly developed customer service skills
  7. With a high degree of self motivation
  8. Resourceful and detail-oriented
  9. Has good organizational skills
  10. Required language(s): English, Filipino

Point-of-Sale Field Engineers (Motorized or Foot)

  1. Graduate of at least 2-year IT / Computer Technician course
  2. Preferably male, 21-30 years old
  3. Knowledgeable or experienced in basic troubleshooting and repair of point devices
  4. Good analytical, communication and organizational skills
  5. Has pleasing personality and good working attitude
  6. Presentable, fast learner and has good customer relations skills
  7. Willing to work on shifting schedule, field work, and extended hours

Point-of-Sale Systems Staff

  1. Graduate of ECE, Computer Engineering, or any IT-related four year course
