Installation, troubleshoot and maintenance of Point-of-Sale terminal
Answers basic merchant queries and troubles
Interacts and communicates with merchants to resolve basic POS terminal issues in a professional manner maintaining confidentiality
Prepares engineering report
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or its equivalent
Male, 21-27 years old
Knowledgeable or experienced in basic troubleshooting and repair of point devices
Good analytical, communication and organizational skills
Has pleasing personality and good working attitude
Presentable, fast learner and has goos customer relations skills
Willing to work on shifting schedule, field work, and extended hours

Tech Support Engineer
Handles the maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and upgrade of network connection and equipment for LAN (Local Area Networking) and WAN
Attend problem calls regarding activation, installation, tracing and transfer of network connection
Desktop support for PC, Printer, Email, Internet connection, software application and network activation problem facilities Support
May handle telephone/pabx and server monitoring.
Bachelor's degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any related-four year course
With at least one (1) year work experience in Help support
Flexible and can work extended hours. Can work well with minimal supervision
Ability to effectively communicate with all collaborate on desktop and enterprise computing issues, network access and security problem resolution with central information technology services
Highly developed customer service skills
With a high degree of self motivation, Resourceful and detail-oriented.
